5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where required by 345jl's AML procedures.
5.2 Before processing any withdrawal, 345jl may require you to complete KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request.
5.3 345jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance.
5.4 Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal request will be forfeited.
5.5 345jl reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, without liability to the User during the investigation period.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 345jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms apply in addition to, and not in place of, the promotion-specific rules.
6.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their qualifying first deposit only. A player may not claim a welcome bonus more than once, regardless of whether they close and re-open an account.
6.3 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
